Sizing
Make sure to refer to our handy, easy-to-follow ring sizing guide to find our correct ring size. However we always recommend getting a second opinion from a jeweler to get your ring size.
If you have a non-US ring size, you can easily convert your ring size to US using our guide.

If your ring doesn't fit on arrival, please contact us upon receiving your order and we will be able to accommodate a resize replacement order through our Resize Service.

Yes, every order made is tracked from the moment it leaves our hands right to your door. This helps give you peace of mind as to the whereabouts of your package. You can track your order using our in-house order tracking system.
Orders are usually processed in 1 to 2 business days. Depending on the order, most items take less than 5 business days to craft.
Once shipped, please allow between 7 to 10 business days for international shipping. Items made to order will be assessed and time scale quoted individually. Please refer to the shipping policy for more information.
You can always track the status of your order at any time using our order tracking system. If you are unsure about the whereabouts of your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
All orders from The Ring Shop are insured in the extremely rare event that it is lost in transit.
If you do not receive your item after 30 days have passed since your order date, then please contact us with your order number and order date and we would be happy to facilitate a replacement or refund equal to the value of the missing order.
For customers who require rush delivery, we can accommodate the use of FedEx or DHL Express Delivery worldwide.
Please contact us prior to your order, since there is an additional cost associated with Express Delivery depending on your shipping destination, which is invoiced seperately.
Express Delivery orders are prioritised for crafting, and usually arrive in 3 to 7 days depending on destination.
Orders
Yes they can. Orders can be made from anywhere in the world.
Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email as it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.
If 24 hours have passed and no order confirmation has been received, please contact us and we can get a manual confirmation sent to you.
We offer certain products that allow customisation. These products are bespoke, and make take longer than usual to craft and arrive so please make sure you allow time for this. One-off designs are created out of batch and will have an associated cost depending on the material, complexity and design.
For custom orders, please use our contact form and we can walk you through the process for a fully customised one-off design.
Ring Care
We have put together a Ring Care Guide to help you look after your ring.
We treat each case on an individual basis, looking at wear and tear since purchase and the reason for returning the item. There is no official warranty period on any items.
Miscellaneous
Our rings are hypoallergenic for the vast majority of people. If you suspect or have a history of allergic reactions to metals, please contact your health professional in the first instance. If still in doubt, you may contact us and we'll be happy to help.
While we will do our best to accommodate orders to arrive before Christmas Day, we strongly recommend ordering in early December for a prompt arrival before Christmas.
Most orders take between 7-14 days after processing for delivery, though usually less. However, due to the ongoing pandemic and pressure on couriers due to the festive period, we cannot always guarantee this. We do however offer free tracking and free resizes in the case that the ring does not fit for your loved one first time.
